The Ideo Travaux broker is paid by a commission given to him by the company who carries out the works. You have no bill from your broker, it’s a completely free service to the client. The broker is paid directly by the professional in return for economies made in canvassing clients and commercial and time management.

4- How are the partner companies selected?
In order to be referenced, the companies are submitted to a number of rigorous criteria : up to date registration, legal requirements, civil responsibility and guarantee insurances, work references.

5- What are the areas of works covered by a Works Broker?
The Ideo Travaux broker intervenes in all types of building and renovation work, from major works ( stone masons, roofers) to the finishing touches (painting, decoration). We can also recommend professionals to look after your exterior (landscaping, swimming pools, gardeners…).

6- Is your broker held legally responsible in case of a problem during works?
No, the Ideo Travaux broker puts in contact people who wish to have work carried out, with qualified and competent professionals. On the other hand, our partners will supply you with all the necessary assurance and the relevant guarantees.

7- Does the broker follow the works step by step?
The preparation of your project does not exclude the possibility of employing a qualified professional to co ordinate and follow your project, when dealing with major works. The mission of the works broker is to select and introduce qualified companies, depending on your requirements. Nevertheless, even if we don’t follow the works on a daily basis, we are however present during the major phases of your project, and we are your contact throughout the length of the works.
